My name is Debbie.  I live in Allen, Texas and work in IT as a Senior Analyst.  I have been working out at Infinity for over a year.  I started off with 1-on-1s with Josh and now I am in the in the small group sessions at IPT.

I have lost over 80 pounds by adding strength training and nutrition coaching at IPT in addition to my cardio activities.

IPT has a great crew of people who are always upbeat and encouraging me to push myself and continue on my journey to improve multiple facets of my health.  The group classes also provide great accountability with other members to support each other.

I have more confidence in general because I am progressively achieving my weight loss goals that I thought were unachievable.  I have gone down by 5 sizes and am still making progress.  Thanks to Cathy’s nutrition coaching, I am also able to focus on healthy food choices on a consistent basis.  This is a huge change!   I am recognizing where I can perform better now– such as kicking higher in Turbo Kick, attempting modified burpees, and doing sumo squats with 60 pounds.

IPT provides an excellent environment for success and accountability.  In particular, Josh is awesome making sure that you consistently maintain solid form while pushing to get you to the next level!!

My name is Sarah and I am a Financial Manager living in Allen, Texas. Getting in shape was always on my to-do list but I had never invested in anything that would motivate me. It started with a wedding dress that didn’t quite zip when we bought it. After just 3 ½ months, the tailor had to take it in over an inch! I had no idea my body was capable of progress like that. And that’s when the fire started. I decided to see what else I could do. Since then, I have changed my relationship with food & the scale and have reached a new level of self-love. This experience has been transformational both physically and mentally and I couldn’t have done it without the help and support of the IPT team.

I have worked out with just about all of the trainers in small groups or large groups and love them all for the special flair each of them brings to the workout. The education they provide is second to none! Be patient, trust the process and listen to everything. From nutrition to healing injuries to building giant muscles, they literally know it all. Every trainer invests in every client, whether they see them in their class or another, and I feel that each trainer genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals.

I honestly didn't have any specific goals to meet. I wanted to feel better and I totally do. So far, I've lost about 100 lbs., over 26% BF, I can carry 5 gal jugs of water up our stairs confidently, burpees ain't no thang and planking is my jam, and I'm pretty sure I did over 100 v-sit up's at least one day. I love pushing my body and seeing what I'm capable of.

Although my weight loss has been the biggest physical change, a new level of focus and perseverance have been the biggest mental change. I truly believe I can do anything! I have had amazing results with IPT and am honored to be a part of the family. I am already looking forward to crushing next years’ goals and discovering more about myself!

Hi, my name is Nihar from Plano TX and I workout with Kelsey 3 times a week. I have lost 25 pounds since joining IPT in Feb 2017. Although I have not reached my fitness goals yet, I am confident that with IPT it is within sight and achievable. I do have an active membership at one of the big brand gyms out there and even tried their personal training options in past but did not see any significant results. Due to lack of results I was losing interest and needed a change.

The small group sessions were exactly what I was looking for and finally I am glad that I made the decision to join IPT. The sessions are challenging, fun, and always different which keeps me motivated and I am always looking forward to my workout sessions at IPT. I attribute a major part of my successful journey at IPT to Kelsey. She will make you feel like you can achieve the impossible and encourage you to reach your goals.

The team's knowledge about nutrition and supplements is another aspect of IPT that you usually can’t find at the big brand gyms out there. I can’t say enough great things about IPT. Hi, my name is Stephanie K.  I’m a V.P., Local Media Manager at Rubin Postaer & Associates in Irving Texas – an ad agency where I’ve worked for the past 17 years.  I joined IPT in January of 2015 after seeing a horrific photo of myself in a bikini from our 2014 summer vacation at our family Christmas gathering (note the before pic here – ouch).  I was driving around the area close to where I live and noticed IPT in one of the local strip mall centers.  It was a Saturday around 3pm, so I wasn’t sure if they’d be open.  As I walked up, I saw that they were indeed closed, but as I turned to leave… a really nice guy stopped me and asked if I was looking for information about IPT.  I confirmed that I was and I came to find out that his name was Ray and he was one of the owners.  He proceeded to unlock the building to let me in and gave me a tour of their facilities.  He also gave me a rundown of the various training opportunities IPT had to offer and asked me what I was looking for.  When he explained IPT’s small group workouts to me, I knew immediately that I’d accidentally happened upon the perfect place for me.  I had participated in similar workouts years before and had good results but had fallen out of the workout routine for some time.Once I began my workouts four days a week, I also met with Ray’s wife Amy who talked to me about nutrition and changes that I needed to make in my eating habits in order to see the results I wanted.  IPT offers so much by way of healthy lifestyle documents, video recipes, recipe lists, and other helpful information on their website as well as their Face book page that it made this transition manageable.  I won’t say it’s been easy (especially the first 30 days), but now that I’m five months in… it really has become the way that I live my life and make my meal choices.The trainers at IPT are just awesome!  They take turns in leading the group classes and really push each individual within the class to rise up to his or her potential.  Since the groups are small, there is no lack of individual attention as it relates to form correction or input if injuries are in play.My overall goal was to lose 40-50 pounds and to tone my body when I started this journey.  Almost halfway through my first year and I’m already down 35 pounds and 12% body fat!  And while there’s still toning that needs to happen, I have definitely seen progress on that front as well.  The best part is all of my friends, coworkers and family have noticed and constantly tell me how great I look.  I cannot express enough how much IPT has changed my life for the better.  I would not hesitate for one second to recommend their services to anyone who’s serious about getting fit and feeling fabulous!!

My name is Stephanie, I am a Real Estate Director in Allen, TX. I moved to Allen in February and told myself that this move was the trigger I needed to start trying to get in shape. I hit an all-time personal weight high right before the move and was determined to get back down. 

The most unique aspect of IPT training is my relationship with my trainer. I truly feel like they care about me and my fitness journey. They give me phenomenal feedback and always pushes me to break the limits I've set for myself. The most amazing specific result I have experienced since starting with IPT is my strength! I always thought that I just wanted to lose weight and be thin, but being strong is so much better. I've definitely lost weight and am in such better shape now than I was three months ago, but the strength I have gained in my upper body is like nothing I was expecting. 

Since I started with IPT, I have lost 15 pounds and more inches than I can count. The biggest milestone for me is simply fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to wear in well over a year. My mindset on food has completed changed as well. I don't feel like I'm depriving myself, I'm simply making healthier choices. 

I would recommend IPT to anyone who is interested in changing their outlook on health and fitness. The staff is incredible and I can't thank them enough for the encouragement and support she has given me over the last three months. They will help you reach goals you didn't even know you had!*

My name is Cindy. I am 56 years old, I live in McKinney, TX, and I am a hard-working mother of three successful adult children. I joined Infinity Personal Training because my daughter, Ashley Larsen, would not stop nagging me to try it. I did not want to, but I did.I joined Weight Watchers on March 10, 2012; I started running in June 2013; and by the time I joined IPT in January 2014, I had already lost 70 pounds. My main goal in joining IPT in the beginning was to gain upper body strength and strengthen my skeleton. I quickly fell in love with strength training. With IPT, the strength training paired with my running for cardio was the perfect total body fitness workout. I am now down 80 pounds.The most amazing result I have achieved is that I have built more strength than I ever dreamed of. In the beginning, five pound weights were too heavy, but now I am so proud that I can often out-do people half my age; I also love having sculpted arms and legs. My life has changed. I have gained a huge boost in self-confidence. I’m no longer afraid to wear racerback tank tops, and I can keep up with my active daughters and my two grandsons – no problem.My recommendation to those looking for healthy change in mind, body, and lifestyle is to join IPT right away. My name is Julie S. and I am an environmental compliance consultant for a firm in California, but reside in Fairview.  I have always been active – playing organized sports, hiking, and running – but recently I decided to reach for a new goal.  I wanted to transform my 43-year-old body into those that I am always admiring on the pages of my Athleta catalog – muscular, strong, powerful, and defined.  After working with big-box trainers and not getting the results I wanted, I sought out a smaller more personal training experience and found IPT.  I emailed Ray and asked if he could help me with my goal of gaining 5 pounds of muscle, increasing strength, and getting my body fat down to 15%.  Of course, he said YES!I joined IPT in December of 2014 and haven’t looked back.  I attend three one-on-one sessions every week with Brian and Vincent and workout twice a week on my own.  On my outside-IPT days or when I am traveling for work, Brian still helps me structure workouts to make sure I maximize my results.  IPT staff has helped me in every aspect of reaching my goal – what to feed my body and how much, keeping me motivated with a HUGE variety of workouts, challenging me physically and mentally, checking in to make sure things are going well, and telling me how great I look.  I should also note that I have scoliosis, and while this has never stopped me from doing anything, it is a consideration.  The guys are always making sure I have proper form and that my back isn’t compromised. Ray and Amy have created a business that they are passionate about and you will notice it the moment you walk through the door.  They have also hired knowledgeable trainers that are just as passionate and sincerely want their clients to succeed.  When people started commenting recently on my shoulders, arms, and back, I knew my training was working and it’s all thanks to IPT!  Whatever your goals, IPT can help you reach them!
