My name is Debbie.  I live in Allen, Texas and work in IT as a Senior Analyst.  I have been working out at Infinity for over a year.  I started off with 1-on-1s with Josh and now I am in the in the small group sessions at IPT.

I have lost over 80 pounds by adding strength training and nutrition coaching at IPT in addition to my cardio activities.

IPT has a great crew of people who are always upbeat and encouraging me to push myself and continue on my journey to improve multiple facets of my health.  The group classes also provide great accountability with other members to support each other.

I have more confidence in general because I am progressively achieving my weight loss goals that I thought were unachievable.  I have gone down by 5 sizes and am still making progress.  Thanks to Cathy’s nutrition coaching, I am also able to focus on healthy food choices on a consistent basis.  This is a huge change!   I am recognizing where I can perform better now– such as kicking higher in Turbo Kick, attempting modified burpees, and doing sumo squats with 60 pounds.

IPT provides an excellent environment for success and accountability.  In particular, Josh is awesome making sure that you consistently maintain solid form while pushing to get you to the next level!!

My name is Sarah and I am a Financial Manager living in Allen, Texas. Getting in shape was always on my to-do list but I had never invested in anything that would motivate me. It started with a wedding dress that didn’t quite zip when we bought it. After just 3 ½ months, the tailor had to take it in over an inch! I had no idea my body was capable of progress like that. And that’s when the fire started. I decided to see what else I could do. Since then, I have changed my relationship with food & the scale and have reached a new level of self-love. This experience has been transformational both physically and mentally and I couldn’t have done it without the help and support of the IPT team.

I have worked out with just about all of the trainers in small groups or large groups and love them all for the special flair each of them brings to the workout. The education they provide is second to none! Be patient, trust the process and listen to everything. From nutrition to healing injuries to building giant muscles, they literally know it all. Every trainer invests in every client, whether they see them in their class or another, and I feel that each trainer genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals.

I honestly didn't have any specific goals to meet. I wanted to feel better and I totally do. So far, I've lost about 100 lbs., over 26% BF, I can carry 5 gal jugs of water up our stairs confidently, burpees ain't no thang and planking is my jam, and I'm pretty sure I did over 100 v-sit up's at least one day. I love pushing my body and seeing what I'm capable of.

Although my weight loss has been the biggest physical change, a new level of focus and perseverance have been the biggest mental change. I truly believe I can do anything! I have had amazing results with IPT and am honored to be a part of the family. I am already looking forward to crushing next years’ goals and discovering more about myself!

Hi, my name is Stephanie K.  I’m a V.P., Local Media Manager at Rubin Postaer & Associates in Irving Texas – an ad agency where I’ve worked for the past 17 years.  I joined IPT in January of 2015 after seeing a horrific photo of myself in a bikini from our 2014 summer vacation at our family Christmas gathering (note the before pic here – ouch).  I was driving around the area close to where I live and noticed IPT in one of the local strip mall centers.  It was a Saturday around 3pm, so I wasn’t sure if they’d be open.  As I walked up, I saw that they were indeed closed, but as I turned to leave… a really nice guy stopped me and asked if I was looking for information about IPT.  I confirmed that I was and I came to find out that his name was Ray and he was one of the owners.  He proceeded to unlock the building to let me in and gave me a tour of their facilities.  He also gave me a rundown of the various training opportunities IPT had to offer and asked me what I was looking for.  When he explained IPT’s small group workouts to me, I knew immediately that I’d accidentally happened upon the perfect place for me.  I had participated in similar workouts years before and had good results but had fallen out of the workout routine for some time.Once I began my workouts four days a week, I also met with Ray’s wife Amy who talked to me about nutrition and changes that I needed to make in my eating habits in order to see the results I wanted.  IPT offers so much by way of healthy lifestyle documents, video recipes, recipe lists, and other helpful information on their website as well as their Face book page that it made this transition manageable.  I won’t say it’s been easy (especially the first 30 days), but now that I’m five months in… it really has become the way that I live my life and make my meal choices.The trainers at IPT are just awesome!  They take turns in leading the group classes and really push each individual within the class to rise up to his or her potential.  Since the groups are small, there is no lack of individual attention as it relates to form correction or input if injuries are in play.My overall goal was to lose 40-50 pounds and to tone my body when I started this journey.  Almost halfway through my first year and I’m already down 35 pounds and 12% body fat!  And while there’s still toning that needs to happen, I have definitely seen progress on that front as well.  The best part is all of my friends, coworkers and family have noticed and constantly tell me how great I look.  I cannot express enough how much IPT has changed my life for the better.  I would not hesitate for one second to recommend their services to anyone who’s serious about getting fit and feeling fabulous!!

We are Robert and Heather and we live in Mckinney, Texas. Heather is a data engineer at Fannie Mae and Robert is in commercial real estate and together we invest in real estate. We are passionate about self-development and have big goals both professionally and personally. We look at IPT as a personal investment toward that goal. We workout with Tonosha in a 1on1 setting and have biweekly nutrition coaching with Ray.

IPT is like a second home for us. We love that IPT has taken the time to not only understand our goals but have also made a great effort to get to know us outside of our fitness journey. IPT host so many additional events outside of our normal sessions that have helped us really look at fitness as a lifestyle instead of a 3x/week chore. For example, we love the charity workouts on Saturday’s that Amy leads and the open workouts on Sundays from Ray. 

Since starting IPT in August 2017, Heather has lost 45 pounds and Robert has lost 18 pounds. In addition to weight loss, we’ve also decreased our body fat by 12% combined. We are so much more aware of not only the calories we intake but the quality of food and ingredients we are putting into our body.

IPT has helped us learn that it doesn’t have to be an “all or nothing” approach when making a lifestyle change. We do our best the majority of the time while also giving ourselves flexibility to have fun and enjoy life. We highly recommend adding IPT to your family. My name is Ben, and I’ve become a consistent workout-aholic! I train with Mike 4 times a week. I help run a software business based here in Allen that I co-founded over 11 years ago. I don’t really have a specific result I want to share, such as a certain body weight or a particular increase in strength, although I’ve successfully gained nearly 20lbs while closely maintaining body fat % and my lifts have increased across the board.

For me the personalized approach that has kept me committed at IPT way longer than anywhere else is by far the biggest deal. The team understands my specific goals, strengths and weaknesses, and on a regular basis puts that knowledge to work through nutrition and training guidance. I’ve been through it all, working out solo at the gym, various crossfit gyms, and I’ve tried several other popular HIIT options. End of the day, it’s true that no two bodies are the same and no one-size-fits-all solution can replicate personalized planning and attention. And I do not have the time or expertise to manage my workouts on my own and keep it interesting and challenging enough to keep me committed.

I came in wanting to gain weight, increase strength and feel confident that I wasn’t sabotaging myself with my diet (super important!), and as mentioned, I have gained nearly 20lbs and increased my lifts. Ray’s measured approach to nutrition has also helped educate me to the point that most days I am able to hit specific nutrition targets with ease.

I think highly of Mike, Gabby, Ray and everyone else here… 
IPT in a way has become a second home of mine. I find myself excited and anxious to get to the gym on most days. The results I have achieved there have had a tremendous impact on me not only physically but also mentally. 

Remember that physical health is just like every other aspect of your life- there are no shortcuts. Get in for the long run. Commit yourself and stay consistent. If I have learned anything, it’s that nothing happens overnight. What is true is that time will pass regardless… so what are you waiting for? My name is Ashley. I live in Plano and am a surgical operating room nurse. I first heard about Infinity Personal Training from a co-worker who joined with her daughter to get ready for her wedding. I listened about her experience and she gave me a gift card that she received from signing up. That card stayed in my car for quite a while. Later, I saw a friend check-in on facebook at Infinity Personal Training. This is when I finally began looking into it myself.After losing 92 pounds on Weight Watchers, I realized that maintaining weight loss and keeping fit is more difficult than the journey of losing weight. My current routine was getting repetitive, old, and boring. I was losing interest and needed a change.The small group sessions were exactly what I needed. Each trainer is amazing and have their own style and personalities. The sessions are great—challenging, fun, and always different. I’m also a big fan of working out with a small group of others. It is motivating to have someone else doing the same routine; you are able to encourage each other, maybe even compete a little bit.The results are evident. Though I won’t offer to help move anything, I will show off my muscles to anyone nearby. I’m the most fit that I have ever been. I keep motivated by coming to Infinity Personal Training and keep doing the best I can do.To anyone, I would recommend coming to Infinity Personal Training. I tell all my friends and family, no matter what your fitness level is, no matter your weight, no matter your health problems, or back/knee issues are, come here and open yourself up to some positive change. Yes, it may hurt for a couple of days after a session, but the hurt is totally worth it and it will pay off!

Hi, my name is Nihar from Plano TX and I workout with Kelsey 3 times a week. I have lost 25 pounds since joining IPT in Feb 2017. Although I have not reached my fitness goals yet, I am confident that with IPT it is within sight and achievable. I do have an active membership at one of the big brand gyms out there and even tried their personal training options in past but did not see any significant results. Due to lack of results I was losing interest and needed a change.

The small group sessions were exactly what I was looking for and finally I am glad that I made the decision to join IPT. The sessions are challenging, fun, and always different which keeps me motivated and I am always looking forward to my workout sessions at IPT. I attribute a major part of my successful journey at IPT to Kelsey. She will make you feel like you can achieve the impossible and encourage you to reach your goals.
