HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

Come in for a fitness assessment and tour. Without knowing exactly what you want to achieve it's impossible to prescribe the perfect program for you. In this session, we go through your goals, what you are currently doing, health & exercise history, eating habits, etc.

STEP 2

We guide you on what options would be best for your goals and needs. For some, private 1-on-1 training is the best option while others might do best with a small group (2 to 4 people) or large group training environment (6 to 10 people). Some people may also benefit by getting specific genetic or micronutrient lab tests through our partnership with Maximized Genetics and Spectracell Labs.

STEP 3

Complete an initial goal setting session and inbody scan to define a baseline we can assess every 4 to 8 weeks to ensure you are seeing progress.

STEP 4

Our team comes up with the right program for you and gets you scheduled for your first session as well as your first nutrition consultation.
