Amanda H

Hi I’m Amanda, and I am a Human Resource Director in Allen, Texas, and I work out with Josh. I have achieved some amazing results since being at IPT. I have decreased my body fat mass from 42.3 lbs to 26 lbs, gained 4 lbs of muscle mass, and reduced my body fat percentage from 33.8% to 22.6% in just 8 months. What I really enjoy is the unique experience of doing something different every single session, it keeps me engaged and I really enjoy the creativity all the trainers bring to the table. The coaches take the time to understand each of their clients to determine how to drive them to do their best! Another aspect of IPT is how you feel like part of a team. I have never had an experience like this while achieving my personal goals.


The most unique program I have benefited from is the Nutrition Coaching Program. They have educated me about nutrition and taught me more than I ever thought I would know. The depth at which they analyze and study your progress is such a positive and reassuring experience. You know they truly care about you and are incredibly accurate on how they help you get your results. Without them, I would not be where I am today in regards to my health!


IPT has really taught me the importance of focusing on myself in order to be the best mom, wife, and leader at work. I have realized that feeling and looking healthy has a direct correlation to my mental health and how I feel every single day. It gives me the confidence to know that I can accomplish it all, personal goals and career goals. I needed someone to help keep me accountable, and not only has that been accomplished, but I am motivated to continue to improve other habits outside of my workouts as well. 


The coaches at IPT make the journey fun, energizing, and impactful. They have truly helped me become the best version of myself! The are motivating, keep the workouts fun, and I look forward to my workouts every week, even when I don’t wanna lift those weights! They are great at breaking down my goals to actionable, measurable, and realistic plans that get results every time. Josh, my trainer I work with the most, takes the time to analyze and understand how my body is reacting to the current workouts to decide when to pivot and when to keep pushing. He instills trust in every client and the results I have achieved with him have exceeded all my expectations. I am so grateful to him and the rest of the IPT staff!


I don’t have enough room on the page to list all the reasons and benefits to joining IPT… but imagine the feeling of being surrounded by experts who are constantly lifting you up, teaching you how to be your best self, and help you achieve ALL your goals at the same time. I have trained off and on since I was an athlete in college (baseball pitcher) and have experienced a lot of different training regiments through the years. I came to Infinity to cut down my body fat percentage without losing any muscle mass. I have used the big box gym trainers and got some results but nowhere near the results achieved with Infinity. I was over trained and under educated on some of the finer points of a holistic approach to achieve the results I was looking for.  Proper training, accountability and a can do atmosphere was the key to getting closer to where I wanted to be. It’s not just about the training, the nutrition, at Infinity everybody really makes you feel like part of something positive.  I started out at 205lbs with about 18% body fat. Training with Vincent, I was able to get my body fat down where I could see my abs without flexing, good definition and I still kept my overall size and look even bigger. 191 Lbs at less than 12% body fat and I actually gained strength. I was able to do a trap bar dead lift max close to 400, bent row max 185, overhead press 150, squat went from 185 max to 185 being a warm up without the soar joints, and constant injuries from training I have experienced in the past.I work for a broker dealer doing institutional High Yield and Distressed bond sales which is a stressful long hour career that requires extensive travel and a tremendous amount of time sitting at a desk. Despite that lifestyle and being in my late 40's Infinity helped me overcome those factors to get well on my way towards the body I wanted. At infinity results happen.*

My name is Debbie. I live in Allen, Texas and work in IT as a Senior Analyst. I have been working out at Infinity for over a year. I started off with 1-on-1s with Josh and now I am in the in the small group sessions at IPT.


I have lost over 80 pounds by adding strength training and nutrition coaching at IPT in addition to my cardio activities.


IPT has a great crew of people who are always upbeat and encouraging me to push myself and continue on my journey to improve multiple facets of my health. The group classes also provide great accountability with other members to support each other.


I have more confidence in general because I am progressively achieving my weight loss goals that I thought were unachievable. I have gone down by 5 sizes and am still making progress. Thanks to IPT's nutrition coaching, I am also able to focus on healthy food choices on a consistent basis. This is a huge change!  I am recognizing where I can perform better now– such as kicking higher in Turbo Kick, attempting modified burpees, and doing sumo squats with 60 pounds.

My name is Sarah and I am a Financial Manager living in Allen, Texas. Getting in shape was always on my to-do list but I had never invested in anything that would motivate me. It started with a wedding dress that didn’t quite zip when we bought it. After just 3 ½ months, the tailor had to take it in over an inch! I had no idea my body was capable of progress like that. And that’s when the fire started. I decided to see what else I could do. Since then, I have changed my relationship with food & the scale and have reached a new level of self-love. This experience has been transformational both physically and mentally and I couldn’t have done it without the help and support of the IPT team.


I have worked out with just about all of the trainers in small groups or large groups and love them all for the special flair each of them brings to the workout. The education they provide is second to none! Be patient, trust the process and listen to everything. From nutrition to healing injuries to building giant muscles, they literally know it all. Every trainer invests in every client, whether they see them in their class or another, and I feel that each trainer genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals.


I honestly didn't have any specific goals to meet. I wanted to feel better and I totally do. So far, I've lost about 100 lbs., over 26% BF, I can carry 5 gal jugs of water up our stairs confidently, burpees ain't no thang and planking is my jam, and I'm pretty sure I did over 100 v-sit up's at least one day. I love pushing my body and seeing what I'm capable of.


Although my weight loss has been the biggest physical change, a new level of focus and perseverance have been the biggest mental change. I truly believe I can do anything! I have had amazing results with IPT and am honored to be a part of the family. I am already looking forward to crushing next years’ goals and discovering more about myself!

Heather T. & Robert W.

We are Robert and Heather and we live in Mckinney, Texas. Heather is a data engineer at Fannie Mae and Robert is in commercial real estate and together we invest in real estate. We are passionate about self-development and have big goals both professionally and personally. We look at IPT as a personal investment toward that goal. We workout with Tonosha in a 1on1 setting and have biweekly nutrition coaching with Ray.


IPT is like a second home for us. We love that IPT has taken the time to not only understand our goals but have also made a great effort to get to know us outside of our fitness journey. IPT host so many additional events outside of our normal sessions that have helped us really look at fitness as a lifestyle instead of a 3x/week chore. For example, we love the charity workouts on Saturday’s that Amy leads and the open workouts on Sundays from Ray. 


Since starting IPT in August 2017, Heather has lost 45 pounds and Robert has lost 18 pounds. In addition to weight loss, we’ve also decreased our body fat by 12% combined. We are so much more aware of not only the calories we intake but the quality of food and ingredients we are putting into our body.


IPT has helped us learn that it doesn’t have to be an “all or nothing” approach when making a lifestyle change. We do our best the majority of the time while also giving ourselves flexibility to have fun and enjoy life. We highly recommend adding IPT to your family. .My name is Venus M. I live in Allen and work for a government agency. I have been working out with the big group class four days per week for the last four and a half years. Before joining Infinity, I have struggled with losing weight. After my pregnancies, between caring for my family and working full time, making time for myself was never on my mind. However, I knew it was time to get back in shape, and I was determined to work towards my goal with IPT’s help. 


The most amazing result I have noticed is my complete body transformation. I have reached my goals of losing my pregnancy weight and body fat all while building lean muscle. I started my weight loss journey at 174lb and 32 % body fat. I am now 122lb and 15% body fat!


I find eating healthy is something I enjoy and do it consistently. I am in the best shape of my life. Special thanks goes to my nutrition coach/owner (Ray), he has helped me reach my goals. Through daily calorie counts and progress checks, he has made me more accountable and given me ownership over my nutrition. Also, the head trainer (Mike) who encouraged, trained me to run a 1/2 marathon ,and even ran it with me.

My name is Karlee, and I’m a stay at home mom for 3 kiddos- 8,6 and 1. We live in McKinney, Texas. 


Before starting at IPT I spent years undereating and not getting any results. I had no energy, and couldn’t keep up with day to day activities. After learning how food can actually work for me, I have endless energy and have created exercise habits that I never thought possible.


Since starting at IPT, I have lost body fat, gained muscle and learned how to eat foods that fuel my body and give me energy! I have lost almost 2 percent body fat and gained muscle weight, all while eating almost double the calories I used to. I can do push-ups, lift weights, squats , burpees, walk for miles and chase my kiddos around , all while not getting worn out. The trainers have helped me on form and technique and constantly encourage and push me to go further and do my best. My nutritionist, Ray, goes above and beyond to make sure I have the knowledge and understanding I need to have in order to live a healthy lifestyle, not a diet. The tools and resources he has equipped me with have helped me be successful long term. And his favorite phrase, Trust the Process, has taught me about how hard work, consistency and patience pay off.
