Ray Cattaneo


Ray has over 10 years of personal training experience and has been an avid researcher of nutrition and fitness for over 11 years. He is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Ray is also a Master Certified Nutritionist through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition, and has guided many clients to their weight loss, fitness, and lifestyle change goals. He has extensive knowledge regarding nutrition, supplementation, and various health issues. His experience has taught him how to deal with an individual holistically. Ray obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from New York University and truly has a passion for helping others and will strive to push each individual to their best no matter what it takes!

Amy Cattaneo

Amy is a certified personal trainer, a certified Precision Nutrition Coach, a Certified Robbins Madanes Life Coach and a Certified Essential Oil Coach. With over 8 years of personal training and nutrition coaching experience, she has developed a coaching ability to teach clients how to incorporate healthy eating while keeping taste and client likes/dislikes in mind. She also has an MBA in accounting and was a tax accountant for 6 years before venturing into the fitness industry. Amy lives life to the fullest, has a passion for helping others reach their goals and always does it all with a smile!

Gabby Griffin

Manager | ACE - CPT, BCS

Gabby is a certified personal trainer and behavior change specialist through ACE (American Council of Exercise). She has over 20 years of customer service experience and is a busy mother of 4 children with a love for working out. She was a gymnast as a child and restarted her fitness journey at Infinity Personal Training in 2012 after having her twin boys. Gabby truly believes that when you have an active and healthier lifestyle it affects all aspects of your life. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, arts and crafts, and spending time with family. Aside from training, Gabby manages all customer onboarding & relations, billing, office administration, and IPT’s day to day schedule.

Michael Mcquaid

Mike achieved his degree in exercise sports science and physical therapy from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Mike enjoys bringing a positive attitude to all of his sessions to inspire his clients. He has 5 years of experience and is a Cooper Institute certified personal trainer and carries NASM's Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Golf Fitness Specialist certifications. He played golf in High school and college and spends most of his free time playing sports and hanging out with his friends and family. Mike truly has a passion for motivating his clients and helping them achieve goals beyond their imagination.

Abbie Dow

Nutritionist | B.S. - Exercise Science, Nutrition

Abbie received her degree in Exercise Science from Southern Arkansas University and found a love for health and nutrition while training for college softball. Abbie was an intern for the sports nutrition program at The University of Oklahoma and is currently completing her degree in Nutrition with an emphasis on dietetics at Texas Women's University. Working with her own strength and nutrition coaches for over 6 years, she has experienced first hand what it takes to reach health and fitness goals. She now uses that knowledge and experience to help others do the same. Her passion is to help clients build habits that lead to living a healthier lifestyle and inspire people on a daily basis to reach their goals!

Stephen Manda


Stephen graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Promotion. He is a corrective exercise specialist through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), has 6 years of training experience and has trained clients from all walks of life. Having grown up overweight, he decided to make a change when he was around 19 years old. After losing 50 pounds and building muscle on his own over the span of a year, Stephen looked into becoming a personal trainer so that he could help people change their lives in the same way. Just after a year of being a trainer, he switched his major from criminal justice to Kinesiology and transferred to UNT to pursue his new career goals. Stephen also played baseball growing up and through high school. His passion for helping others make positive changes in all aspects of their life as well as accomplish things they may have never thought possible is what makes him love his job!

Zach Brewster

Zach graduated from Plymouth State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Physiology. Upon graduating Zach immediately began his career in the health and fitness industry in California. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). His interest in functionality, injury prevention, and helping individuals through movement led him to obtain experience as a Physical Therapy Tech. Zach has played football since he was 12 and continued through college as a defensive back. Outside of training Zach enjoys exploring nature and going on adventures to new places. His love of sports and exercise drives his desire to help others reach their goals. He has always believed that mental and physical health are equally important and he is excited to help you along your journey!

Vince Thompson

Certified Personal Trainer | COOPER - CPT, NT, TRX Certified

Vince obtained his personal training certification, along with core development and nutrition certifications through the Cooper Institute and is also TRX certified. About 10 years ago, Vince personally went through his own weight loss journey by dropping 100lbs. After seeing what was possible and how it affected his life he decided to pursue personal training and the rest is history! He has been training clients from all walks of life for over 7 years and has experience training large groups, small groups, and one on one sessions. Outside of training, Vince enjoys mud runs, triathlons, boxing, and hiking. His true passion is helping people make permanent lifestyle changes while being energetic, fun, and outgoing!

Josh Wilcox

Josh is a certified personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as a certified pain free performance specialist (PPSC) with over 4 years of experience. His years of weight training experience and working out led him to pursue his passion for coaching and helping people live healthier lives. He was a powerlifter for 3 years and has used his knowledge to help his family and friends and always pursue his passions while never giving up no matter how hard life may seem. Josh's dream is to one-day coach someone in the Special Olympics. He enjoys playing music and hanging out with family on his time off. Josh believes that if you have a passion for something that with the right kind of motivation and perseverance, anything is possible.

Drew Webb

Certified Personal Trainer | B.S. - Kinesiology w/minor in Psychology, ACE - CPT

Drew graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on the psychosocial aspects of sport and exercise from the University of North Texas. Drew was a wrestler in high school and played soccer, basketball and many other sports growing up. After high school, he worked as a land surveyor for four years and soon discovered his love for training and fitness over that period. After college, he dove headfirst into personal training so he could spread the knowledge he gained in school, and through the years of training, to help everyone achieve their fitness goals. Above everything else, Drew believes that mental health and wellbeing is just as important as physical health.
