The best aspect of IPT is that literally EVERY session I have with Josh is unique. He is always changing the routine to meet my goals while challenging me to do more and push myself. My name is Kelsi. On my 25th birthday, I decided it was time to turn my lifestyle around and set some major goals for myself. A few days later, my husband and I began training at Infinity in November of 2015. Mike has been our regular trainer and is absolutely amazing at what he does.
Prior to training at Infinity, I had lost 70 lbs through various unhealthy measures such as strict calorie restriction and excessive cardio. Diet soda, fried fatty foods, and sweets remained daily staples in my diet and exercise was eventually nonexistent. My body was weak and suffering from these poor decisions.
Training at Infinity has transformed my life in ways that I did not think were possible. Thanks to nutrition guidance from Amy and Ray, I have been able to pay attention to the foods I put in my body with great care and concern. Mike does a great job of varying the workouts so that they always feel new and fun. I am Rachelle, a Registered Nurse in Fairview, Texas. I spent two months training with Tonosha and now train with Ryan and Zach in small group. My name is Beth J., and I’m a lawyer who works out of my home office. Other than working out at Infinity Personal Training, I like to run long-distance—usually alone, but occasionally with friends. I do an average of two organized races a month and aim to place in the top half of my age/gender division. Since joining Infinity Personal Training, my race times have been getting better, and it may soon be feasible for me to finish among the top three of my division and win a prize!
I’m very happy with the results I’ve seen so far. I’m getting stronger and healthier, and I’m sleeping better. I’ve lost just over 15 pounds and almost 5% body fat since starting at Infinity Personal Training. I haven’t reached my goal fitness level yet, but it is within sight.
I thoroughly enjoy working out at Infinity Personal Training, even when the exercises seem insanely hard. Seeing what other people can do makes me want to push myself harder than I would if I were working out alone. I also feel very comfortable with all the trainers, who clearly know what they are doing, and who can help me push myself without risking injuries.

Before joining IPT, I had let myself go. I didn’t care about what I ate or drank. I tried every diet under the sun and nothing worked. I had a huge health scare and decided enough was enough. I joined the best studio ever with the best trainers ever and best nutrition program in September of 2019. I set a goal to lose fat and gain muscle and said one pound at a time. Here I am today healthier and stronger than I ever believed myself to be!
I have accomplished so much while being at IPT but the biggest has been staying consistent with my workouts which is something that I lacked in the past. Nutrition played the biggest factor in my results, with making sure I was eating enough and planning my meals.
Since starting IPT, I have lost 8.8 lbs of body fat and have dropped 2 pant sizes. If it weren’t for my trainer Josh, telling me to believe in myself and that I am stronger than I think, I would not have accomplished all that I have so far.

My name is Ali C., I am a kindergarten teacher in Allen and I have been working out at Infinity Personal Training since July 2014. I was coming up on my 40th birthday and wanted to make a change. None of my clothes were fitting and I just didn't feel comfortable in my own skin. I have always worked out, but I was not seeing results. I now know that when I was going to the gym, I was just going, I didn't have a plan and I wasn't pushing myself to get results. My name is Kim, I live in Plano, and I am a Network Engineer for AT&T. I started working out at IPT in December, 2019, attending 2 small group and 2 large group workouts per week. I’ve found IPT’s group environment to be a great way of combining the expertise and accountability of a personal trainer with the motivation and camaraderie that comes from having workout buddies. I work out with Zach more often than any of the other trainers, and he is awesome. He encourages me, challenges me, pushes me when I need it, and tolerates my whining and complaining! All the trainers are great, though. Mike, Ryan, Vince, Josh…I always know I’m going to get a good workout, no matter which group I attend.
I didn’t have a specific goal when I started with IPT, other than to maintain my weight and health to the best of my ability. I have noticed I have more energy and fewer daily aches and pains. I’m physically stronger, mentally more focused, and emotionally happier. I can see definition in my abs and arms that I’ve NEVER had before, I can now perform side planks without wanting to cry, and I can finally do real push ups!
