Betsy W.
Hi my name is Betsy Williams, I am 40 years old, and I’m the Vice President of Sales for a software company. Since I started training at Infinity I have been working with Kelsey.
The best result that IPT has given me is I've increased my strength! I am lifting heavier weights than ever before! I love that IPT focuses on some key things that I believe have greatly impacted my success: Tracking (both nutrition and fitness goals, weight and inches); Challenge / Variety (Kelsey really pushes me. It has been fun to see improvements during each phase). I've had trainers in the past that had me doing the same thing over and over again which led to me being so bored during my workouts, not the case here! Lastly Motivation, this is something that is helpful especially if I didn't get the results I hoped for during my scan. Rather than beating myself up over it, we focus on what I can do better!
So far on my journey with Infinity, I've lost over 20 lbs in about 6 months! I had a herniated disc after my first daughter was born and had chronic back pain for a couple of years. Kelsey has spent a great deal of time making sure all of my workouts are structured around that. My core and back are stronger now, and it's obvious. My back feels better now for the first time in years! I was diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid disease just after I joined IPT, my energy levels were low, I was the heaviest I've ever been. Because of all the inflammation my joints and back hurt a lot. My life has changed a lot - weight loss gave me some confidence back, as well as focusing on my nutrition as a more of lifestyle versus a "diet". Specifically eating Paleo has helped me cut out foods that wreaked havoc on my body and caused inflammation.
I highly recommend Kelsey! Quite frankly, you can't go wrong with any of the trainers at IPT. But Kelsey is a total rock star and has been critical to my success!!*

Hi, my name is Lisa H. I am a stay at home mom of 3 children (18mo, 3yr & 5yr). We live in East Plano. I started Infinity Training 3 months ago and have had amazing results! I started out doing one on one trainings 2x per week and cardio classes 2x per week. I have just started cardio classes 2x per week & strength classes 2x per week. When my schedule permits I go to the Charity workouts on Saturday and open gym on Sundays. Most of the time my trainer is Ben. I have also had Brian, Vince & Mike. All the trainers have been very encouraging and push me through, when it gets tough!Since I have been at Infinity, I have become very dedicated to my food journal and exercise consistently. As of January 6, 2015 I have lost 15lbs & 7.8in overall. My goal is to lose at least 35 total pounds. The trainers have been great checking on me to make sure I'm still on track. Every month I get measured & weighed to see my progress. I love how Infinity is a small gym and you can quickly get to know people. Everyone I've meet has been so encouraging. The owners are very visible and will contact you if/when there are any concerns. They really do care about your whole experience here at Infinity! Gabby (office manager) has been more than accommodating in my scheduling. She responds quickly and gets me rescheduled for all of my make up classes. You WILL NOT regret joining Infinity! If you want results this is the best place to come to. I'm half way to my goal and it's all because of Infinity! I would highly recommend Ben or Brian as your trainer! They have both pushed me all the way to the end of each training class!!!
Ron S.
My name is Ron Sorensen, I am a computer operator at a commercial printer in North Texas. After participating in the Mansformation program at Infinity Personal Training everything about me is better physically and mentally. I can tell you from my own experience that it's possible to completely transform your body in just 12 weeks. I lost 17lbs of fat and had huge muscle gains. Now at the age of 48 I'm fitter than I've ever been since I played lacrosse. With the IPT trainers guidance, I lost my love handles, chiseled out some muscle, and got ripped. The coolest thing is the reactions I get from friends I haven’t seen in a few months. They are blown away by my results. I would like to tip my hat to Ray and Amy, and all the trainers at Infinity Personal Training, thank you so much the program just flat out works, I would recommend this program to anyone regardless of your of your current fitness level. The team at Infinity Personal Training will change your life.

My name is Eileen and I’m a data analyst working from home. I sit behind a desk 8 to 10 hours a day and see very little exercise. In my late 60’s I noticed the toll a sedentary life was taking on my body. Getting up from a chair or the floor was no longer easy, and items I could pick up and carrier with ease at one point was no longer the case. I made a decision, stepped over the threshold at Infinity and began the most important journey of my life – getting back the core strength I had long lost and insuring a stronger body for the golden years. It is my great fortune to have Brian Stacy as my trainer. Our first meeting was the day he did my initial assessment and was witness to me not being able to do a sit-up, a plank or even get up off the floor with ease. I have been under his direction at Infinity for 13 months and my relationship with him is a true partnership. It is not just a matter of working out 3 days a week, we work together setting goals and he is the voice that keeps me from getting off track reaching the goals. We started out the New Year with two targets, to drop 5 pounds by Feb 7th and to walk the Hot Chocolate 15K (9.3 miles) at a 16min a mile pace. We developed a strategy. It was clear that this was not my goal but Our Goal. Workouts included speed work on the treadmill, strength and cardio training. Preparation included meal planning the week of the race for maximum results. As I crossed the start line the day of the race I immediately noticed how strong I felt and as a co-walker mentioned afterwards I was off like I was shot out of a cannon. When I crossed the finish line and saw my time my first thought was I could not wait to share the results of our efforts with Brian.I am proud to say that not only was the 16 min a mile pace achieved it was surpassed finishing with an average pace of 15:17 min per mile. Amazing as the course was far from flat. Goal setting continues to be part of our agenda with the next event the Michelob Ultra ½ Marathon (13.1 Miles) at a 15 min or less pace. Excellent training techniques and guidance have provided me with continuous improvement in my Core Strength, Stamina and well being. I have gone from not being able to do a sit up or hold a plank to achieving both AND…..I have muscles in my arms for the first time in my life. I proudly display my “guns” whenever I have the chance. .My thanks to Brian, Ray, Amy and Gabby for creating an environment where working out is both exciting and rewarding.
Karl S.
My name is Karl, I am a graduate student at UT Dallas getting my MFA in Art and Technology. I specialize in 3d realtime/videogame art, and I work out with Mike McQuaid.
I've basically been overweight my entire life. I've tried countless weight loss solutions that have only failed after a few weeks. After my highest weight at 245 lbs, I attempted once more to lose and got down to 215. However, after grad school started, my weight slowly started going back up. I was at 231 when finally decided in mid November of 2015 that being overweight has negatively affected me long enough.
In a few short months of hard work and determination, I've lost nearly 20 lbs, and gained enough visible muscle mass all over my body. My posture has improved tenfold, and my sleeping has been incredible!
There are too many things I love about Infinity, but the most notable is just the wonderful atmosphere, extremely motivating and outgoing staff, and unique workout sessions. They even let my wife join in on my personal training sessions and keep track of her progress!
One of my goals at Infinity was to finally be able to do pull ups, chin ups and push ups, all of which I can now do! This isn't my final result either. I plan to stay with Infinity until I reach my ultimate goal of being very fit and muscular, and perhaps beyond.
If you're reading this and thinking about Infinity, stop thinking and just start doing--that's what I did. It has been the best choice of my life and will surely be the same for you. There will be times where it's difficult, but the staff here at Infinity will help keep you going and help you reach any fitness goal!*
Gladys E.
Hi, I'm Gladys Evans from Allen, TX and I'd like to share with you the awesome experience I've had since joining Infinity. When I first learned about Infinity from my friend Kelli Murthy, it was at a time when I was trying to get rid of the weight I had gained during my pregnancy from nearly 5 years ago. I had tried many diets and weight loss fads, I had joined a local gym and even contracted with a personal trainer, but nothing seemed to really work. Sure I'd lose some weight, only to "find" it again a little bit down the road. So when I first joined, as you can imagine, I was a little skeptical.I began my training in the group sessions and started seeing results. But I had been here before; every new adventure usually began with good results. However, what had intrigued me the most was that along with the training came some good, sound nutritional advice. This wasn't just "cookie-cutter" nutritional advice. It was individualized advice specifically for me and my goals.I decided to try some 1-on-1 sessions along with the group sessions. This really took my training to another level. It wasn't just because I was starting to see results and realize my goals. It was also because of the great motivational advice and direction I was receiving that allowed me to really start believing in myself. It was at this point that I decided to drop the group sessions and switch completely to 1-on-1, and I'm glad I did. I went from a timid, dependent gym member to what my husband describes as an "athlete".Since my start, I've lost a total of 11 pounds and one dress size but more importantly, as I've learned through the education I've received, I've gone from 34% body fat down to 26%.My strength gains are also right on par with my weight/fat losses too. When I first started with Infinity I struggled to do 10 push-ups, now I can comfortably do 50. My long term goal is to get in competition shape, not necessarily to compete, but to be in that kind of shape. This is a clear example of the type of inspiration that Infinity was able to bring out of me. My trainer Ray Cattaneo has helped me to get in the best shape that I’ve been in since my daughter was born almost 5 years ago and he continues to push me on a daily basis to get better and healthier the right way! Even on the rough days, I look forward to my sessions, because I know I will always walk out the door feeling great! Infinity Personal Training has become my home away from home and thanks to their overall approach to not only training the body, but promoting overall wellness, fitness has become my new addiction. There’s not enough I can say about Infinity, it has truly changed my life and there's not another place I'd recommend more. The staff is always professional, informative and friendly and I would specifically recommend my trainer Ray Cattaneo, as long as it doesn't interfere with my sessions!
John E.
My name is John. I am a high level executive in the hospitality industry. As the year comes to an end and I always take a look back at everything that I experienced in my career and at home. One of the most significant accomplishments that I am most proud of is making my health and well being a major priority in my life. First of all, I am very thankful for a referral from a co-worker almost a year ago that connected me with Ray and Amy and Infinity Personal Training Team... If not for their passion and personal involvement in my well being, I'd still be coming up with very good reasons for sitting on the couch.I consider myself athletic and have a passion for the outdoors and playing sports. Working in the hospitality industry, I also developed a passion for great foods and beverages and always ate whatever I liked. "I could always run/work it off" I'd say to myself. Over the years I'd cycle through a range of 20-25lbs and had my ups/downs like everyone else....Then it felt like age finally caught up with me and after two ACL surgeries and a blown achilles tendon on the same leg, I could no longer run/work off my passion for F&B. Constant pain in my right knee and ankle kept me from running... My weight cycled up 20+ lbs and I could not bring it down no matter what I tried.Meet Ray/Amy 10 months ago - I quickly found out this was no ordinary personal training program like I'd been thru before. OK , at first, I thought no way this nutrition program is going to work on me, I like food too much. But Amy stayed the course with me, got me through my first 30 days and I was convinced by how I felt that there was something different about this program. At the same time, Ray introduced me to Mike, Vince and Andrew and they pushed my training to a new level. They always know how hard to push me and not a single session has ever been the same. Within 45 days, I felt like a new person. I had more energy and strength and was able to ski with my son during spring break. 90 days in and I had lost 15 lbs and was able to start running with some pain, but I was running again... 6 months in and I had lost 30lbs and was running and working out with NO pain!!!6 Months on this program had turned my health around. I have lost 30 lbs and 4 inches off my waist and was down to a weight that I had not seen in over 30 years. Better yet, at my annual physical, my doctor noticed the change in my test results. Lowered my blood pressure from 140/95 to 105/75, lowered my bad cholesterol, raised my good cholesterol, and all other test results were better than average...This was a life changing accomplishment for me and speaks to the power of a balanced training and nutrition program that Ray/Amy guided me on. I felt so good about the program and my personal results that I wanted to share them with my fellow associates at work. We have now integrated parts of Amy's nutrition program into our employee cafeteria....Today; all 200 of my associates can experience a variety of healthy meals featuring different superfoods.I'm hooked on the Infinity Personal Training program and would recommend the program to anyone wanting to put their health first. It has not only had a huge positive impact on my own personal well being but also on my family, which I can spend so much more quality time with....Thanks Amy, Ray, Mike, Vince, Andrew and team. Looking forward to what the new year will bring.
