My name is Rachel, I am a Receptionist at Northwood Veterinary Clinic in Dallas and I have been working out with my Fiancé (now Husband!) Dusten, who works as an Electrician for Oncor.
My husband and I have struggled with weight for the last several years and did not have the knowledge or motivation to be successful at weight loss. Everyone at IPT was non-judgmental and worked hard to help us both change our eating habits to less processed food which helped out with weight loss tremendously. Ray helped us with nutrition, while Vince helped us build muscle in the gym.
In December of 2018, I was a size 20, having pre-diabetic symptoms, and in chronic pain. As of September 2019, I am now a size 12 and have lost over 20 lbs of fat while gaining muscle. IPT helped me lower my chronic pain symptoms to where it is hardly noticeable most days. My husband also lost 40 lbs and several inches off of his waist.

My name is Kim A. and I live very near IPT in Allen with my husband and two boys. I am a product line manager at Texas Instruments, so I spend a lot of time on the commute and in front of a computer. I typically work out by myself to clear my head and as a stress reliever, but occasionally I can talk my boys into walks with me.I have been working hard and am so happy to see myself down 2 sizes in jeans, and getting more comments from friends about looking thinner. I am also proud that the workouts have helped me get back to running again. I love that the trainers have been patient but persistent in working with me on my eating habits, push me hard (very hard) during the workouts and hold me accountable. The result is I have lost 18 lbs, and the bonus is the joint pain I have had for years in my knee and hip are gone.Going to IPT regularly for 7 months has shown me it can be fun to work out, even when it's hard. The trainers are all tough, but amazing, and the other clients are fun and supportive. The owners are amazing people, tough trainers, and truly want to do whatever it takes for their clients to succeed. After 20 years of a sedentary lifestyle with unhealthy eating habits and limited exercise, I was approaching my 40th birthday with dread but also with a deep desire to make some changes before that day arrived. My name is Angela. This place has changed my life! There are so many positive changes that have happened in the last few months and I couldn't have done it without the support of Amy and Ray Cattaneo and the rest of the crew!
Being newly married and a student in graduate school there are so many things that take priority in life. Before joining, my health was not one of them.
Growing up I had alway played sports, but was still always the "bigger" girl. Healthy eating was not enforced as much as it could have been, and even after high school there was usually always an excuse for my fluctuations in weight. In nursing school I lost quite a bit of weight, but not the healthy way, and as many know, the moment you stop dieting the weight comes back. Especially if you don't continue to exercise. This is exactly what happened to me! My weight slowly started creeping up on me and before I knew it I was 230lbs!
Well...circumstances changed, I quit a job that made my life very stressful and decided to make a positive change. I started dieting and working out on my own and started losing some weight. After about 2 months I had hit a plateau and was starting to get frustrated when I saw a friend like this gym page on Facebook. The page was an ad for a 20lb Challenge. The moment I read it I knew that this was the challenge and push I needed! If I lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks, all of the classes and personal training were free...which was motivation enough!
I was somewhat nervous and anxious when I started but that changed almost instantly. All of the trainers were friendly, motivating and encouraging, and kicked my butt, but it was more than worth it! Not only did I get in shape and lose 23 lbs and even more inches, I gained a new healthy lifestyle. I have learned a lot about clean eating, natural remedies and, as a result, created new habits! I now feel guilty if I miss a day of exercising and some of the good "bad" foods I used to love don't satisfy me anymore. My body and mind have changed for the better and I couldn't have done it without them! Hi, my name is Rhonda. I live in Allen, and I work in Frisco as a software developer. In my job, I sit behind a desk for 8 or more hours a day, so when I get away from the office, I need a good work out, and I get that in small-group personal training usually either with Mychel and Amy.I have been a yo-yo dieter for years, and while I have reached the weight I'm currently at in the past, I have never been as fit as I am now. Infinity has helped me tone my body more than I've ever been able to achieve before and I'm in the best shape of my adult life.One of the biggest changes that I have seen from the results is my pants size. I was still wearing 14's and some 16's when I began at Infinity and I am now wearing a size 8! I never dreamed I would be that small. I’ve dropped about 20lbs of fat and went from 26% to 17% body fat while losing almost 11 inches. I've also noticed a huge increase in my energy levels.
