My name is Scottie Worrell from Richardson, TX. I am a travel agent that specializes in Group Travel around the globe. My wife Nancy and I joined Infinity Personal Training in January after getting referred by her friend Brooke, who had experienced great results. We have trained with all of the trainers but the majority of our workouts have been with Shaun and Mike.What IPT has done for me has really shocked me. I have always been athletic but most of my past workout regiments have always leaned more towards strength training which usually resulted in weight gain for me rather than leaning up. I assumed that was just how my body was designed and I went into my workouts here with that mindset. Through discussion and evaluation, Infinity Personal Training set up training sessions that are challenging and they work around the physical limitations I have due to some joint issues I have developed over the years. Since starting at IPT, I have experienced significant weight loss (close to 25 lbs) along with reduced body fat from 24% to 14%, great strength gains, and a drop of almost 20 inches total. My body has also leaned up to levels that I have not seen in YEARS! What I enjoy most about IPT workouts is that each one is different. I'm confident that we have not done the same workout twice during the last 8 months. The trainers are all excellent and monitor your form and progress during each session.Additionally, if there are ever questions regarding different supplements and nutrition Ray usually has the answer and if he doesn't he will by the time of your next workout. I can't say enough about Infinity Personal Training and am thankful Nancy and I chose them. I came to Infinity Personal Training for weight loss and general health initially. The fun environment, challenges, and trainers really keep you motivated. I've lost over 30lbs and over 15inches and I could not have done it without IPT! I’m stronger and feel much better being in shape! I’ve had trainers before but this place is just different. Everyone truly cares about your results and the comraderie of a small facility really makes you feel at home. I would highly recommend them!

I was first introduced to Infinity by my wife, Laura. She had started attending and encouraged me to do the same. I had entered my early forties and was not in shape. While not overweight, I lacked energy and overall fitness with my body fat just above twenty percent. After attending once per week joint sessions with my wife and an Infinity rainer for almost a year I started to feel better and slowly improve my overall fitness. Once results started to show I made the leap to three times a week by adding two weekly sessions. My body fat percentage has fallen to fifteen percent and my overall fitness has improved dramatically and I sleep much better as well. I'm thrilled with the results achieved with the coaching and support of the IPT training staff. I encourage anyone who is looking to start an exercise program to check them out. Hi, I’m Nancy and I live in Richardson. I am a Neonatal ICU Nurse at Parkland. I initially heard about Infinity Personal Training from a friend and the results she was getting definitely caught my interest. I had previously been trained for and competed in triathlons and had also completed half and full marathons. However, in June of 2012 I started to have lower back pain which eventually lead to back surgery. I went from training 5 days a week to being practically immobile due to the constant pain. After recovering from surgery I had a hard time getting back into any kind of training. When my husband and I went for our first assessment in January I was shocked to learn I had lost almost all my strength. We worked out with everyone buy mostly with Shaun and recently with Mike. My initial goal was just to regain my strength and I definitely exceeded that goal. Initially I could do 5 pushups and can now complete 47! My body fat percentage has also decreased by over 10%. Fitness Together’s workouts are enjoyable because they are never the same, they are always challenging and the trainers make it fun. I have been eating whole food and eating organic and using natural supplements for a long time. Ray’s knowledge about real nutrition and supplements is another aspect of Infinity Personal Training that you usually can’t find at any other gym. I can’t say enough great things about Infinity. If you are tired paying monthly gym dues and not getting results, this is the place for you.  Ray and Amy are always available and work hard to help you meet your goals. My name is Todd, I live in Allen and I am almost 46 years old. I've been married for 23 years and have 3 children. I work as a consultant and travel a fair amount each month. Fitness Together was referred to me by two different friends close to my age who have had very good experiences and results. Before starting at IPT in November of 2012, I tried to run a few times each week and get to the gym whenever possible. However, I felt my discipline for setting workout goals and spending the time to achieve them was really dropping. My weight was at its highest point ever and my daily stamina was decreasing. I felt like I needed a change to jump-start my fitness and I had never tried 1-on-1 training before. So, I made the time and the money investment in order to make a change.Since November of 2012, I've dropped 15 pounds, significantly reduced my body fat from 28% to 19% and increased my strength substantially. My bench max has gone from 165 to 205, my sit ups from 36 to 61, and pushups from 33 to 58. Also, due to the great guidance from the staff on nutritional health, I’ve had a significant decrease in cholesterol levels just after only 4 months. More importantly, I simply feel better each day in terms of stamina and I feel that I've gained new knowledge on physical training and nutrition that I can leverage in the years ahead. I've worked with every trainer (Shaun, Travis, Mychel and Ray) multiple times at Infinity Personal Training and they all have great experience, motivation and coaching to offer me.Also, Ray and Amy are extremely flexible with setting my workout appointments and making late changes due to the unpredictability of my schedule as a result of work and having 3 kids. They are very supportive of my personal and work commitments at all times and always find time to get me into my sessions each week and closer to my ultimate fitness goals. If you really want a change in your fitness level, I recommend you set new goals and contact the team at Infinity to develop a program. It's a team that will support you in every way possible. My name is Julie and I’m a Personal Chef in Plano TX. I have worked out with every single trainer at Infinity Personal Training for a little over a year now and have lost over 60 lbs of fat and counting! I went from a size 16 to a size 6, PLUS size stores to EVERYONE stores! Not only have I lost weight, but I have learned to live an active and healthy lifestyle that I absolutely love. My name is Randal, I live in Fairview, Texas and I own Aidan Gray. I started my fitness journey 3 years ago. I have had several trainers in the process. The Infinity Personal Training difference is the overall “WHOLE” approach, meaning, continual focus on not just exercise and strength building, but health and well being through food. In just two short months, I have accomplished more than I did in a year’s worth of training elsewhere, because I was focused. My trainer slowly eased me in to changes here and there, resulting in noticeable changes in my body. As nice as the physical results are, I have become hyper focused on my diet and have come to realize that it had been the biggest contributor to my lack of success over the last three years. The biggest change is I can actually see my stomach muscles. Not just my stomach! At almost 45, I did not know that was possible. Through diet and strict regimen, I have seen my entire body change in just two short months. The motivation level has hit an all time high, because I wonder how far I can go if I really push myself? I love my interaction with my trainer because he keeps me honest and accountable. He always inquires daily about my food, how I feel and if I am on track. I came in at 194 lbs with a desire to put on more muscle and reduce fat. I weighed in today at 185. That’s 9lbs. I can see it and it is huge for me. I am well on my way to 175. I look better, feel better and I am not worried about summer coming and having to be in a bathing suit. It took 44 years, but it is so worth it. I think everyone has a catalyst that drives them. Mine was the loss of my mother to cancer. I realized that I am the same age as she was the first time she faced her mortality. 20 years later, it was a wakeup call for me. I realized I needed to be healthier. I wanted to be healthier. I wanted to be the strongest person mentally and physically I could be. I wanted to be able to medically confront anything that comes my way. I was tired of being overweight. I was tired of being self-conscious about how I looked in cloths and I was just tired of being tired. I decided to commit to changing my life as I was pretty successful in all aspects of my life with the exception of how I felt personally. I changed that and I stepped it up when I came to IPT. They have made it so easy to stay motivated through challenges, competitions, Facebook, and basically keeping health in the forefront of your mind all the time. It has changed my thinking about health and fitness and they push me daily to be better and better!!!
