Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups almond flour1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 cup grass fed butter or coconut oil (melted)2 eggs1 tbsp honey1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar2 tbsp coconut milk 

CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken (can use turkey, beef etc)lettuce of your choice5 oz shiitake mushrooms, finely diced1/3 cup scallions, chopped5 gloves of garlic, minced1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced1 tbsp sesame oil1/4 cup slivered almonds3 tbsp coconut aminos 1 tbsp white wine vinegar1 tsp dijon mustard1 tbsp sriracha1 tbsp raw honey1/4 tsp sea salt (optional) 

BLACK FOREST SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

1/4 cup almonds1 tbsp flax seeds1 cup almond milk 1 tsp vanilla1 cup frozen cherries1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powde3 dates1 cup of spinach or kale2 tbsp coconut cream 

FLOURLESS PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients:

1 cup creamy unsalted peanut butter1/3 cup honey 1 whole egg1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 cup chocolate chips 

HOT STRAWBERRY DRINK

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups almond milk1/3 cup freeze dried strawberries2 pitted, chopped dates1/4 cinnamona pinch of gingera pinch of sea salt
