Alysia Hill
Alysia joined IPT in May of 2021 and attends 1-on-1 sessions 2x a week with her trainer Josh. Since starting IPT, Alysia has lost 37.7 lbs of body fat!. Alysia has never missed a session since she has started and has her nutrition dialed in. She comes in with a smile and leaves with a smile. All of her hard work and consistency is paying off!
Building New Habits…
I have built several good habits since training at IPT. I have an increase in energy and more endurance and I have been able to lift heavier weights without feeling exhausted. Running has gotten easier as well. My eating habits have also changed. I am eating smaller portions, making a conscious effort to drink more water, really trying to snack less and getting in extra protein.
Why IPT?...
Everyone at IPT is so friendly, from the trainers to the people that train there. The accountability has helped the most. There are days I’m tired and do not feel like working out, but knowing I’ll have my trainer supporting and pushing me makes all the difference, especially when it’s hard to motivate myself.
A Few Wise Words…
Lots of small changes add to big results. If you don’t eat right one day, don’t beat yourself up about it. Tomorrow is another opportunity to do better.
