Frisco Client of the Quarter Q2 2026

From day one, Sailaja came in open to feedback and ready to put in the real work with a genuine willingness to trust the process and go after her goals. She shows up to every goal meeting prepared and honest, ready to talk about what's working and what needs to change. That kind of self-awareness is not easy, and has made a huge difference. In class, she does not coast. She is always ready to go up in weight and she pushes all the way to the last beep, every single time. What stands out most about Sailaja is her mindset. She was never about the quick fix. She wanted to make a true lifestyle change and she stayed the course to do that. All the habits we worked on building at the start of her journey with us are just how she lives now. And her results reflect that!
What workout milestones have you accomplished since you started IPT?
Since starting IPT, I’ve seen a big shift in both my strength and endurance. I’m lifting heavier than I ever have, my stamina is so much better, and I feel more energetic not just during workouts but throughout the day.
Are there any notable habit changes you've made since starting with IPT?
The biggest change for me has been consistency and understanding nutrition. I always stayed active, but I didn’t realize how much my nutrition was holding me back—I was actually eating too little and feeling low on energy. With Amy’s guidance, there was a lot of unlearning first, but now I feel fueled, stronger, and more stable through the day. It’s also had a ripple effect at home—my family is more mindful and active too.
Is there anything special that you like/love about IPT?
What truly sets IPT apart is the level of personal attention and accountability. It never feels like a one-size-fits-all workout. The trainers really understand you, push you past your limits, and still work with your limitations. Every session is engaging—from form corrections to that extra push when you need it. I’ve tried a few gyms around Frisco before, but it always felt routine and impersonal. IPT feels different—it’s a community. I actually look forward to my workouts now and feel bad when I miss one 😊
What advice or motivation would you give other clients/members when it comes to health and fitness?
My advice would be simple—stay consistent and trust the process. Don’t stress about the numbers or rush results. Just show up, enjoy what you’re doing, and go at your own pace. The results will follow.
