Plano Client of the Quarter Q2 2026

Christie has shown up consistently from day 1 and continues to improve week by week! No matter the day, she shows up ready to put in the work, pushing herself little by little. What really makes her stand out, though, is her attitude—she brings an energy to every session that’s both hardworking and lighthearted at the same time. Even in the middle of a tough set, she finds a way to joke, laugh, and keep the mood positive, which lifts up everyone around her. That balance of discipline and humor not only makes her fun to coach, but also a big reason why she continues to see such incredible progress!

What workout milestones have you accomplished since you started IPT?

I feel completely different after starting IPT in November. I am noticeably much stronger, and I have lost 21 pounds in body fat! I love how I am challenged to increase weight every time I work out. I hike every weekend and I have noticed how easy it is to conquer elevations with all the butt and leg exercises.

Are there any notable habit changes you've made since starting with IPT?

I feel my habits have shifted to needing 3 times a week of weight training at IPT. I feel more motivated to walk daily and add some extra workouts each week. I choose healthier options with my food especially on workout days. I drink water all day now.

Is there anything special that you like/love about IPT?

I am so thankful for Ray and his continued support during my fitness journey. He always puts in the extra effort and shows up with a smile on his face. He holds me and the group accountable and is amazing at correcting form (which I struggle with). I appreciate that and I enjoy having camaraderie and actually want to come to the gym for my workouts. I love IPT!

What advice or motivation would you give other clients/members when it comes to health and fitness?

I would say small steps that are consistent offer the longest lasting reward. WE are all human and make bad choices but that should not cause you to stop striving for your goals. I think envisioning the new, healthy, fit person daily while doing the exercises is helpful. Just keep lifting!

Sreeja joined our group program with a smile on her face and a great attitude from day one. Even in her first few months, when the scale wasn’t showing much change, she was already making huge progress. She had more energy, was sleeping better, her skin was clearer, and she simply felt better overall. While the scale w
