Technique Tuesday: Anchored T-Spine Extension
Most of us sit at a desk or in a 🚗 for long periods of time.
This results in poor posture and poor extension in your upper back.
This can then lead to wrong movement patterns, movement compensations, resulting in pain and injury. Not to Fear!

This exercise can help get your body moving the right way so you don’t have to compensate in your work outs 💪or in your day to day life! 😃
