Recipe: Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
6 Tbsp. Egg Whites
1 Banana
½ C. Oats
¼ C. Applesauce
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ tsp. Cinnamon
 
Preparation Instructions
Blend oats in Magic Bullet until ground.
Add and blend all other ingredients.
Spray your frying pan and cook!
